Welcome to Pediatric Neuromuscular Update 2026, to be held on 21th–22th August 2026 at the
Advanced Pediatrics Centre, PGIMER, Chandigarh.
It is our great pleasure to invite you to Chandigarh — “The City Beautiful” — for an exciting academic gathering dedicated to advances in Pediatric neuromuscular disorders. Organized by the Pediatric Neurology Unit, Department of Pediatrics, PGIMER Chandigarh, in collaboration with the World Muscle Society, this conference aims to bring together clinicians, researchers, academicians, trainees, and allied healthcare professionals from across the country and abroad.
The scientific program has been thoughtfully designed to provide comprehensive updates on Pediatric-onset neuromuscular disorders, with focused discussions on recent advances in diagnostics, therapeutics, and outcome measures. The conference will feature expert lectures, interactive sessions, and case-based discussions covering a wide spectrum of disorders, including Duchenne muscular dystrophy, Spinal muscular atrophy, Congenital muscular dystrophies, Myasthenic disorders, Muscle channelopathies, inflammatory myopathies, metabolic myopathies, riboflavinopathies, and acquired and inherited neuropathies.
We are privileged to host eminent national and international faculty who are leaders in neuromuscular disorders. Their experience and expertise will provide delegates with valuable clinical insights and practical approaches to patient care.
An important highlight of the conference is the opportunity for trainees and young researchers to showcase their work through oral presentations, e-posters, and challenging case discussions.
